SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Last Updated: July 28, 2026

This Shipping and Delivery Policy details our operational rules for vehicle loading schedules, route planning, transit times, and cargo delivery procedures.

1. Loading & Pickup Scheduling

Vehicles will arrive at the scheduled pickup point (e.g. mine gate, port terminal, or sorting yard) within the booked loading window. The client is responsible for loading the cargo and must complete this within the agreed time frame to prevent demurrage charges.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Our coordinators estimate delivery times based on distance and route conditions. While SGR Enterprises works to complete every transit on schedule, these timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Force Majeure & Transit Delays

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events outside our control. This includes extreme weather, port disruptions, highway maintenance, or local government restrictions.

4. Proof of Delivery (PoD)

When unloading is complete, the client's site representative must sign the driver's mobile terminal. This digital signature serves as our Proof of Delivery (PoD). Signed PoD documents are uploaded to our client portal immediately.

5. Safety Standards at Site

Our drivers follow all site safety rules at pickup and unloading points. Clients must provide safe loading areas that are clear of overhead obstructions and meet ground loading safety guidelines.
