SGR Enterprises acts as a heavy logistics operator, coordinating bulk mineral shipping, coal forwarding, and machinery transport. Bookings are confirmed only after we issue an official vehicle dispatch slip, subject to fleet availability and weight clearances.
Our customers are responsible for ensuring that all cargo is ready for pickup at the scheduled time, matches the declared weight, and features the correct transport permits. SGR Enterprises reserves the right to decline loads that exceed legal weight limits or lack proper paperwork.
Estimates provided through the website are based on standard route conditions. Final billing is determined by actual weight receipts, bridge toll costs, and dynamic fuel price updates active at the time of loading.
SGR Enterprises is not liable for transport delays caused by events outside our control (force majeure). This includes extreme weather conditions, landslides, port disruptions, highway blocks, or regulatory changes.
All contracts, bookings, and terms of service are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims must be resolved exclusively in the courts of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
